The Helsinki School artists Tiina Itkonen, Niko Luoma, Anni Leppälä, Jyrki Paratainen, Pertti Kekarainen and Santeri Tuori are presented in the group show "Red" from the 11. May - 31. December 2010 at the EMMA - Espoo Museum of Modern Art.


Announcement of the exhibition:

A new display of works from the Saastamoinen Foundation Art Collection has opened for the public at EMMA.

The theme linking together more than 40 pieces of art work by almost as many, mostly contemporary artists is the colour red.

The consept created by Hannele Grönlund, Päivi Karttunen and Hannu Väisänen was first tried out with use of the colour grey in Entre chien et loup - at dusk, a selection of works opened in 2008.
